I am sure that some are. Even Hamas has admitted in the past that some of them have defected to the IDF, but they and their families need 24 hour protection. There are no simple answers, except that this would all be over tomorrow if Hamas laid down their arms and released the hostages, and this ball has been in Hamas’s court for five months.
