{A} – Unless the Gaza Strip accepts peace with the Jewish State of Israel, Gazans should have to
“make things functional again” all by themselves, and without assistance. And,
{B} – Until Palestinian Authority Arabs (PIJ, PLO, Hamas, etc.) accept peace with the Jewish State,
-1- the recently displaced Gazans should not be allowed to return to northern Gaza, and
-2- the recently destroyed Gaza buildings should not be rebuilt or even funded,
. TO . PROMOTE . PEACE . by making a peace agreement both an
international and Israel prerequisite, for return or rebuilding,
