If parents were protecting their children, what have you to say about the year and a half “great march of return”? During this time, parents permitted Hamas to bus their children to the front lines of this march every week for all of this time. During this period, 46 children were killed and up to 8,000 injured. Now that doesn’t sound to me to be any protection at all. What it looks like to me is that Palestinians put their children at risk when it suits their purpose, but when not, they blame Israel for killing them. They can’t have it both ways.
