In the case of Hizb’Allah and Hamas it’s coincidence. “Hiz” simply means “Party” as in “Party of God”. Hizb’tTahrir, another fanatic group means “Party of Freedom”.
Hamas stands of Harakat Mukaqawa al Muslimiya, or Movement of Resistance of Islam, so different roots. “Houthi” is just the name of a tribe from Yemen.
Boko Hama, Al Queda, ISIS, the Taliban, Ansar Islam, al Shabab, IRGC don’t start an H sound.
None of them know what the H they are doing.
