Re: Germany dismisses undersecretary who ordered investigation into academics for pro-Palestinian support

At least germany found a small part of balances and how it wouldn’t fit in the core principal values and rights, granted and essential for it’s democratic State, where every measure to these core rights, which would by it, restrict some of the freedoms and rights of his people, must pass a high threshold and with it a possibility (not a vague) and very serious factual risks, of anything more severe, to have a legally acceptable case, for a justified restriction to these core and principle freedoms and rights of granted by it’s democracy design.
Repression and willfully pressure on dissenting voices, to crackdown on dissent, is the opposite of a legal case, as long as dissenting voices, didn’t threaten to harm and even not inciting violence and hatred, these core rights granted to it’s people, should in no case be restricted, by politicians for putting pressure on dissent, to keep the public opinion in line with an political agenda.
Sometimes officials, politicians, diplomats, lobbyists or other other public figures, did act or order by restrictions and repressive Governance to this rights anyway, with courts intervening afterwards to declare and order it an unlawful repression and restrictions of these rights.

But Germany is far of being balanced and applying equal rights, in it’s politics, policies, naming and framing, reporting or condemning actions, in the War of Israel-Palestine.
It is far from being neutral or upholding the equality of rights and laws and in it’s demands for accountability or condemning of grave violations of human rights, humanitarian laws, the rome statute, UN-Charter or the Geneva Convention.
The moral compass of some of the most popular political figures in the Government, couldn’t approach this never solved conflict and violent Warfare of Israel-Palestine without a very biased ideological mindset, where inequality is the most visible part, of the statements, discussions or narratives, told and made in public by these politicians in the Government.
