Half of the Gazan jihadis, about 110,000, have become incapacitated over these last thirteen months, through becoming injured, being detained, being POWs, having died in combat, having been neutralised by non jihadi Gazans finally standing up, and of course those that have wisely decided to high-tail it. But that still leaves the other half to address.
