Aristotle was a brilliant guy. Gave some timeless insights specially when you consider the era he lived in. I love Hellenism but I’m not stupid about it by taking anything ancient Greeks said as absolute truth. In the case of Aristotle he believed non-Greeks were only useful as slaves. He believed that the sun and planets rotated around the earth. Just because some prominent ancient Greek said something does not make it true. They were great for their time but we have thousands of years of built up knowledge in between then and now. You take the good and discard the bad. That’s how it works. To err is human as they say and that’s true about people in any era.
What religious fanatics like you and the Taliban do is read your scriptures at face value, written by some ancient voodoo doctor that knew next to nothing about anything. This is absurd behavior. We already evolution is what happened not Adam and Eve. We know the earth isn’t 6000 years old. Noah’s global flood never happened. And so on
This is why Judaism like Hellenism is divided on issues. The reasonable Greeks and Jews accept there are historical myths. They adapt to change and new knowledge. The fanatics on the other hand try to shoehorn all the folklore myths and values of 2500 years ago on today. We would end up back in the stone age it we all thought like this.
