One of the ways the jihadis conditioned the Gazan population was through the control of UN relief. Now as each week passes of this war, the jihadis lose more and more power over the relief cargo, which means they lose more and more power over the populace. Pre war was UN condoned jihadi looting of the relief cargo. But sense the second month of war, it has become very competitive who controls the distribution of the cargo. The jihadis want to continue to have a piece of the action, competing gangs and local clans do as well, and of course the various relief organisations are dealing with it the best they can, considering being in the middle of a war. The IDF has a real challenge attempting to protect the relief distribution lines.
