Demilitarizing Gaza is a very slow process if collateral injuries and lives are to be minimised. The perimeter buffer zones are the first to be thoroughly disarmed. Then, smaller sections. Gradually, as smaller zones are pacified, the non combatants can get on with their new nomadic tent dwelling lives. Other combat zones will follow, but not all. A few will remain concentrated with the true-blu jihadis, that will eat dirt before surrendering to the IDF.
