US guarantees are worthless. They renege on contracts and agreements as a matter of course. US is the land of lawsuits precisely because what you agree to does not matter, it’s what you can get away with that counts!
Hamas better make sure to have some kind of insurance in its back pocket that it can pull out to whack Israel and US over the head when they breech the agreements. Notice I say when they breech the agreements, not if they breech the agreements!
