it is circumscribing of unconditional surrender to the enemy force, who is slaughtering your forces and peoples with overwhelming dominance of powerful weaponry, you can’t surrender without guarantees for an end of hateful warfare and killings!
Without willingness of the other side to have and create a Peace, for all and goodwill of the other side, by accepting and respecting their People and civil society and to respect their livelihood and to live close to each other in “good faith” with equal respect of the others as human beings, with their families, in the neighborhood.
To realise a Peaceful relationship, a lot of hatred has to stop,
Dehumanising hatred, could not bring a peaceful future, which definitely need to be stopped and end the brutal violence against the other People!
