“Generous” proposal?? 1) No permanent ceasefire, 2) people can’t return to their homes and 3) no guarantees on food aid into Gaza. This is “generous” for whom? Blinken cannot possibly be serious1 That is the most unserious statement I have heard from him and I have heard a lot of unserious statements from him!
