They have a right to shelter and housing, to food and water, a right to healthcare and many other rights.
There are many injured which need to get healthcare, so Israel’s obligation is to start ambulance convoys and rescue the injured palestinians in gaza and bring them to hospitals, the nearest functional are in Israel, because there is more a full functional inside Gaza.
If Israel wants to re-occupy or have sovereignty it has to treat the civilians, as comparable to their own Jewish Israeli citizens, discrimination is unacceptable.
