If they have not gotten Medical supplies in 10, how is this happening? Someone is not telling the truth. Food, water, fuel, electricity, not getting through for 10 months, yet 2 million people are a live and kicking. There have been more births this year in Gaza than deaths, so some is not telling the truth.
