Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah has issued yet another stern warning to Israel, threatening a war with “no restraint and no rules and no ceilings” in case of a major Israeli offensive against Lebanon. What Nasrallah does not get is that every Hezbollah rocket fired into Israel’s civilian populated areas is an act of war and a war crime and Israel would be justified in also not having any “restraint, rules, or ceilings. Then who do you think will be running to the ICJ and ICC looking for protection under the UN Geneva Conventions and Rules of War???????
