If Hezbollah thought for one moment that Israel was in a state of weakness militarily, they would have started war already. This would be a war however that Hezbollah / Lebanon could not possibly win. Does Hezbollah think that Israel is ever going to capitulate to them, (or Iran for that matter) while they are sitting on a stockpile of hundreds of advanced nuclear weapons? Just one of those weapons could make Beirut a parking lot in seconds.
