{A} – I agree with your historical account, and in addition I point out that the
“distinct Levant entity called Palestine was part of the Ottoman Empire” for about 500 years.
In Addition,
{B} – “Palestine” also had “Traditional Laws”, where strongmen imposed settlements to end vendettas.
At this point, and

{C} – After the Oct. 7 Hamas War Crime Attacks, where
-1- Peace seems Impossible, and -2- Territorial disputes seem like Unresolvable vendettas,
-3- Arabs with Palestinian Authority citizenship, should be granted Turkish citizenship, and
– [a] – Strong incentives should be created for them to relocate to Turkey, or to some other
former Turkish provinces, like: Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, etc., with the understanding that
– [b] – If “Palestinians” reject the relocation incentives, Then the regional strongman, Israel, would be
Historically Legal to freely impose a settlement, without incentives, which they will also want to reject.
