A “decadent lifestyle” typically referring to lavish, opulent, extravagant spending on luxury goods, expensive dining, high-end travel, and large, lavish parties, often enjoyed by wealthy individuals within the country, particularly in cosmopolitan cities like Riyadh, with access to opulent shopping malls, luxury cars, private residences, and a high standard of service, at the expense of the poor and cheap foreign labor, often not treated very well.
