No, this is not a stain on us all. It is a stain on Iran and their proxies, Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis. These folks don’t care how many Palestinians in Gaza are killed, injured, or how much damage is done to the strip. Similarly, Hezbollah will drag Lebanon into a war with Israel that will destroy what is now left of that country and they too don’t care how many are killed or injured or how much damage is done. The Houthis have already made Yemen a human disaster. Israel didn’t want this war, they had no choice when Gaza made a surprise attack on them on Oct. d7th. with over 5,000 rockets and committed 3 war crimes in the process. What is Israel and the rest of the world supposed to do? If Israel stops the war it will give a green light to Iran and its proxies to use terrorism to get what they want. Gaza/Hamas started this war and they can stop it at any time, they just have to decide how much of a beating they want to take.
