Palestine became the 123rd member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) On April 1, 2015.

One of the clarifications that will be argued/discussed by the various interested parties and their supporters, in the next months will be if Palestine’s membership is sufficient to have the ICC hold jurisdiction concerning accusations of crimes within the Gaza enclave.
