The ICC is a court meant to judge those countries without an independent judiciary and certainly those countries without a legitimately elected government
That’s why it’s war criminals have been African warlords and fascist European warlords … including several muslims who have avoided prosecution by hiding within the arab / muslim states
It was NOT meant for Western-style democracies … full stop
