“Each member-state shall respect the systems of government established in the other member-states and regard them as exclusive concerns of those states. Each shall pledge to abstain from any action calculated to change established systems of government.” —–The reason for this is that all these totalitarian leaders do not want any interference in their own established systems of government.
The case seeks the Court’s advisory opinion on Israel’s responsibilities under international law concerning Israel’s governance of the Occupied Territories.
