Surely,
{A} – The “ICJ’s ruling in genocide case against Israel will be a test for global community”, and the ICJ itself, where
-1- The Islamic Jihadist Hamas regime both
– [a] – Started this war, with Mass-murder, Rape, Beheadings, & Abduction, War Crimes, and
– [b] – Continues using Gaza civilians & cities as Human-Shields,
while
-2- The Jewish State of Israel responded to the Oct. 7 Hamas atrocities in Self-Defense, to both:
– [a] – Bring Hamas & other Islamic Jihadist War Criminals to justice, and to
– [b] – Free the abducted Israeli hostages. And,
– [c] – 20,000 Gazans were killed because Hamas used them as Human-Shields.
So,
{B} – If the ICJ rules against the peace-loving Jewish State of Israel, then
the ICJ itself will lose all international legitimacy.
