It is just an absolute embarrassment, disgraceful that this body, which should be on the forefront to fight to apply rule of law unilateral, universal and hunt perpetrators with full force all over the world, as a non-functional easy to penetrate or to intimidate Organisation.
Which should work, for serving and upholding humanity, is just not up to the task to punish crimes against humanity.
