One fact omitted is that Hamas and Hezbollah are hostile criminal non state actors that must be eliminated from the region, or the cycle of hostilities will continue. Many Arab states do not want to support Hamas or Hezbollah and strengthen Iran’s links in the region. Only Syria and Iran have a strategic relationship.
