It might be time for the Turkish Sultan to host a conference of all the leaders and commanders of Hamas and PIJ, in a secluded area in Turkey, where the local population will not be allowed to enter. So secluded, that no one will see them arriving, and no one will see them leaving. But the Sultan should avoid being there in person. Especially while stealth jets drop relief/aid packages upon the conference participants.
