It is pretty clear that the increased rate of forced-retirement of the Irgc advisors in Syria and Lebanon is removing the mid to upper strategic and tactical military management. Without these important personnel, there is more confusion and faulty planning. Iran has done well to bring them back home where they can concentrate on reining in the local opposition.
