I did some additional reading since you disputed this but couldn’t be bothered to provide a source.. And, you actually seem to be correct on this particular point. It was adjacent building that was destroyed. The consulate seems to have damaged as a result of proximity. I try to corroborate information but in this instance I was misinformed by several news sources
