Re: Iran saves Netanyahu, allows world to sympathise with Israel again

Upon further reading… although the destroyed building was not the main embassy it seems to still part of the a complex of consular buildings..

“On 1 April 2024, an Israeli airstrike destroyed the Iranian consulate annex building adjacent to the Iranian embassy in Damascus, Syria,[2][6] killing 16 people, including a senior Quds Force commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, and seven other IRGC officers. Two civilians were killed in the attack.[4][5] The airstrike took place during a period of heightened tension between Israel and Iran, and amidst the Israel–Hamas war and the Israel–Hezbollah conflict. “

ABC news in the US reported this as…
“Iran has vowed to respond to a deadly airstrike widely attributed to Israel that demolished Iran’s consulate building in the Syrian capital and
killed 12 people, including two Iranian generals”

I also found another jpost article that suggests Israel attacked the Iranian embassy.

“Iran faces a dilemma following an Israeli attack on its embassy in Syria: how to retaliate without sparking a broader conflict that Middle East analysts said Tehran doesn’t appear to want.”

Although I am still open to conflicting evidence (with sources rather than just pet interpretations) I’m leaning back to my original position… you seem to have been wrong about this too. And trolled me for it.

If you’d like to apologize I’m open to pressing reset. We all make mistakes. If you are going to troll some more out of ego, I’ll respond with more trolling in like. I’ll leave it up to you.
