The Deir Yassin event was NO ‘atrocity.’ It was a battle — in which the noncombatants of that village were offered, by Palestinian Jewish militias, the opportunity to leave the scene of anticipated combat BEFORE the shooting was intended to begin.
And most of them did indeed avail themselves of that opportunity, and thereby DID so absent themselves from the fighting — and they later acknowledged that they’d been unharmed.

That massacre was perpetrated by the Lebanese Maronite Phalangist militia — not by Israelis.
It was carried out in retribution for the previous, PLO massacre of Lebanese Christian civilians in the Maronite city of Damour (some of whose survivors participated in the Sabra-Shatila Massacre) — and for the assassination of Bechir Gemayel (head of the Lebanese Phalange Party), who’d been lawfully elected Lebanon’s president but had been assassinated just two days before the Sabra-Shatila Massacre.

There is no genocide in Gaza. A legitimate charge of “genocide” presumes — indeed, requires — intent. And there isn’t a scintilla of evidence of genocidal intent on the part of the Israelis.
OTOH, there is copious, thoroughly probative evidence of genocidal intent on the part of the Hamassholes who perpetrated the heartless civilian outrages of October 7.
