{A} – The peace-loving Jewish State of Israel did Not Start this War.
The Islamic Jihadist Hamas regime War Criminals Started it with Atrocities. And,
In response Israel started a Counter-Terrorism Operation to crush the Jihadists and liberated the abducted hostages.
However,
{B} – The first thing Israel should have done is declared all of the Gaza Strips cities and urban areas the war zone,
and order all civilians to leave, to southern beach areas, so that -1- none in northern regions fled to Gaza City, and
-2- subsequently fled to Khan Yunis, and then -3- later still to the city of Rafah in the south,
Because Hamas is holding the hostages in the Gaza Strips cities and urban areas.
And,
{C} – Now, the “UN humanitarian office should fear a possible expansion of fighting to Rafah”, because that is the only large city that Israel Defense Forces haven’t already occupied, so that is probably where the hostages were moved to, during the first negotiated pause in fighting to release hostages.
