-1- The Jewish State of Israel does have an extremist minority in their Parliament, that advocate for relocating Gazans
to Egypt, etc., but probably none in the government or even in the whole state are engaging in “incitement to genocide”,
since Mass-murder, Ethnic Cleansing, and Genocide is abhorrent to the Jewish People.
In contrast,
-2- The “West Bank” PA Fatah regime, the Hamas regime of Gaza, and all other Islamic Jihadist elements probably universally – [a] – Engage in “incitement to genocide” against both the Jewish State of Israel and the Jewish People, and
– [b] – Further, Islamic Jihadist engage in real genocide will be encouraged and rewarded.
So,
-3- The ICJ should – [a] – Not waste time making unnecessary ‘prevent and punish’ calls for Israel, and
– [b] – Go straight to indicting the Hamas regime of Gaza, and all other Islamic Jihadist elements,
for Targeting civilians, Mass-murder, Ethnic cleansing, and Genocide on October 7, 2023.
