Organs procured from living donors can be directed to matching histocompatible donees, as there is time to find matches when the organ is still in the living donor. That simply can’t be done with cadaveric donations. It is unfathomable that Israel could (much less, would) procure organs from palestinians killed by bombs, bullets or falling debris.
