Re: Is it ‘anti-Semitic’ to acknowledge that Arabs are Semites too?

You were quoting something which made my point and was no doubt a response formulated after Wiki made a substantial donation. However, my point is that Wikipedia cannot be quoted as a source. You might be lucky and it leads you in a useful direction or not.

Please reread this carefully:

There’s nothing more convenient than Wikipedia if you’re looking for some quick information, and when the stakes are low

WHERE THE STAKES ARE LOW

(you need a piece of information to settle a bet with your roommate, or you want to get a basic sense of what something means before starting more in-depth research),

A POSSIBLE KICKOFF POINT.

you may get what you need from Wikipedia.

THE OPERATIVE WORD IS MAY.

In fact, some instructors may advise their students to read entries for scientific concepts on Wikipedia as a way to begin understanding those concepts.

THE OPERATIVE WORD IS MAY.
