It is a risky business to start try stoning the Israeli security forces during war time. The Gazans have understood this and have taken precautions to distance themselves, more and more from the jihadis, as the war continues, which greatly increases their chances to avoid injuries and even death.
But the Western Bankers are still locked in the not-so-smart mind-set of agitating the Israeli security forces. Obviously the IDF soldier does not want a rock hitting him/her in the head, or a molotov striking them. So where there is risk, it needs to be reduced.
Then you have youngsters arriving from foreign countries that simply have not yet understood the risks of being in a hot zone during war time. But as the Gazans did, so too they will understand, that the safest way is to distance themselves from the jihadi agitators.
