-1- UNRWA cannot be effective at providing “Relief and Works”, to the Arabs of the Palestinian Authority,
without the cooperation of the Jewish State of Israel, and Israel is done cooperating with UNRWA.
So,
-2- All world nations should start pressuring the UN to either – [a] – Accept failure of it’s UNRWA, or
– [b] – Dissolve UNRWA, and transfer it’s responsibilities to another existing (UNHRC) or new agency.
