“Israel’s” creation IS the problem. Just like children need supervision with scissors (some more than others)…some so-called nations also need supervision before playing with armies and nuclear weapons. Post WW2 Germany had to go through such a phase that lasted roughly 50 years. To the best of my knowledge they aren’t resuming the building of concentration camps and locking people up for being homeless or for their religious opinions….so it apparently worked. Their disarmament didn’t lead to Germany’s extinction, so imposing it upon “Israel” wouldn’t negate any “self-defense” rights that they claim to have. And…as an added bonus…al that money “Israel” wouldn’t be spending on a military for the next 50 years could pay reparations for the Palestinian Holocaust and rebuild Gaza.
