The non combatants in Gaza have understood over these many months how to increase their survivability:
-distance themselves from the jihadis on the streets
-distance themselves from structures where jihadis take refuge
-stop running tactical errands for the jihadis
-keep a safe distance from those structures utilised by the jihadis as mosques, schools and hospitals
-hide from the jihadis when they come recruiting
-continue to relay intel to the IDFers
-steer clear of the thousands of flack vested Press reporters
-steer clear of UNRWA employees
-to break camp fast and move tents to safer zones
-etc. etc.
If any Gazans want to visit Haniyeh, Solemani, etc., then they should do just the opposite of those activities listed above.
