Unfortunately, since the UN management have chosen to not intervene in the overlapping or double-dipping between many of its UNRWA employees and the jihadi militias, the consequence is that folks do not trust the UNRWA organization any longer. So to reduce the number of future repeats of atrocities against innocent people, it is probably wise to distant the UNRWA from Israel and any territories it currently controls. Turning a blind eye to UNRWA could result in more Israelis being tortured, injured, raped, murdered, kidnapped, etc.. The ngo’s and neutral agencies that will replace the UNRWA will need to filter carefully their new employees.
