Normally, lawyers are entitled to see their clients in total private. But Hamas exploits every opportunity to gain an advantage. That means Hamas would exploit lawyers for their cause, just as they use human shields, ambulances to move troops and weapons, schools, mosques and hospitals to hide weapons, operatives and as headquarters. So since Hamas are terrorists for those activities, the norm no longer applies to them. They lost those standards when they became terrorists.
