You talk as if you knew what “law” is. Which law are you talking about? The USA, and Europe had an embargo on arms sales to Israel in 1947-1948. Only the USSR via Czechoslovakia supplied arms and munitions.
Geneva although faulty is a treaty and not a law on the conduct of war. Israel abides by it while no Arab state and Hamas abides by it.
International law per se does not even exist.
You must be basic your “LAW” on the Koran perhaps.
