Theocracy is not your friend. Your religion is based on myth much like Christianity, Islam and Hinduism. Many of the stories you were taught about Judaism are untrue. Even some (not all) of the values orthodox Jews hold are terrible. Leftovers of a more privative era that don’t belong to our era much like Sharia doesn’t belong to our era…
And democracy is not your enemy. It is the greatest political system known to man. What you don’t understand is the trick to democracy is defining what a citizen represents not that it doesn’t work
Athenians made version 1.0. Their version only Athenian Greek males could be citizens. America helped make 2.0 where everyone could be a citizen.. It was admirable in many respects but it created an unspoken problem. An ethnic homeland could not exist it treated everyone the same.
The solution is not abandon democracy as Kahanist foolishly argue (harming their own country in the process much like the Taliban have done) , The solution is once again redefine democracy to 3.0 to deal with this homeland issue. Take the best of version 1.0, 2.0, to build democracy 3.0. Make it fair for everyone while at the same time protecting homelands.
