If you take it to that degree then Arabs of Syria, Egypt, Morocco and others are not descendants of Mo, but rather forced converts. Most Jews can trace their origins either to certain tribes or to Spain, some in Europe adopted Ashkenazi interpretations and some in Turkey the original Mizrachi or Sephardi interpretations.
