If Israel is found guilty, how will the ICJ find Hamas in the Israeli counter claim. And will Egypt be complicit and they put up a steel wall in 2009 to keep Hamas out of Egypt. Egypt could have easily torn down a small section of their wall to allow hundreds of thousands of Gazans to pass through and receive humanitarian aid. They are not having it.
Hamas had the ability this whole time to stop the war by just laying down their arms, release all the hostages, and stop to fire thousands of rockets into Israel’s civilian populated areas. They had a clear choice and yet they continue with this fiasco.
