Where is the information older than that? How can you CONCLUDE that such LIMITED data in any way disproves genetic connections OLDER than those shown. Somehow, you make the logical leap from 200-300 years ago to the biblical times of 2000-3000 years ago, without making allowances for what went on in the intervening centuries.
In fact, your data fits perfectly with the idea that the biblical Jews dispersed: some to Europe, some to other Middle East countries and Spain, some to India and Africa. Over many hundreds of years of separation, living under differet condittons, in different climates, intermarriage, etc, visible differences occurred. People evolve. That is how life works
