I agree but whether it should be criminal is another matter. Nazis silenced Jewish voices in part using an antigermanic rationale. Another example why banning hate speech is an over exaggerated threat is 1977 Skokie case in the US. Even Nazis in the US are allowed to use hate speech and it hasn’t resulted in the US turning into a Nazi state.
