“Israeli Justice Minister Yariv Levin requested on Friday the preparation of a bill that criminalises those calling for imposing international sanctions on his country, including a prison sentence of up to ten years.” (from article)

The Minister of Injustice must remember that there are varying degrees of how a citizen expresses their opinions. If those expressed opinions create harm to others, then some sort of preventative actions should be taken to tone down the protesters.
Instead of ten years in prison, the accused commenters could be required to help those suffering due to the war, for a time period.
Sort of like that is needed with those few radical Unsettling Settlers when they cause havoc. Perhaps pulling latrine duty for the IDF in Gaza and south of the Litani.
