The targeting of hospitals is normally a war crime, however, when hospitals are used to hide and protect militants and munitions, then they become legitimate targets where war rules no longer apply. A standard practice of terrorists like Hamas is to use civilians as human shields, therefore this is the end result. So now Gazans’ are crying “boo-hoo”, we lost our hospital. Well what do they expect for being complicit with Hamas by letting them use hospitals for military purposes? Gazans’ are complicit with Hezbollah in allowing them to use them as human shields or in other words “cannon fodder”. There is no difference when Hamas uses ambulances to transport men and munitions rather than patients, then all ambulances become targets.This is not complicated. Just look at the UNRWA facility just destroyed by the IDF. Had they been using it for humanitarian purposes only, then nothing would have happened.
