Re: Israel media claims 40,000 fighters have arrived near the Golan Heights to support Hezbollah

Nothing new here!

On May 14, 1948 the eve of the British Mandate withdrawal, Israel declared its independence. The following day, the armies of Egypt, Transjordan (Jordan), Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon invaded and attacked the Jewish paramilitaries and they lost.

King Hussein of Jordan signed a pact with Egypt on May 30 1967, a few weeks before the Six Day War. Nasser announced:
The armies of Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon are poised on the borders of Israel...to face the challenge, while standing behind us are the armies of Iraq, Algeria, Kuwait, Sudan and the whole Arab nation. This act will astound the world. Today they will know that the Arabs are arranged for battle, the critical time is here. — They lost in six days because Israel did not wait for Egypt to attack first, and then the armies in Jordan came across, but Israel wait for them.
