Tangible leverage versus intangible (abstract) leverage.
An example of the Tangible; the Gazan jihadis successfully obtained tangible assets by kidnapping the hostages, which they are using as leverage.
An example of the Intangible (abstract); is Potus47 throwing out a lure and slowly reeling it in, to see if anyone lunges for it. If they do, then that becomes leverage. If the mass media and countries across the globe were to ignore that’phishing’ lure, then there would be no leverage, but Potus47, cleverly creates ‘reaction from inaction’, gaining leverage from nothing, but only abstract manipulation.
